    Strava, Garmin, or Apple Health, showing your step count and the date. That's the whole submission.

    One day. Finished by midnight.

    Steps count from midnight to midnight, local time. Start whenever you want. The deadline doesn't move.

  3. 03

    Thresholds are exact

    99,800 steps is a brilliant Enter Night day, not a Beat Midnight. The difference between 75,000 and 100,000 is not 25,000 steps.

  4. 04

    No treadmills

    Real ground only. The world is the venue.

The badge means something because the bar doesn't move.
